Ambicious ideas everywhere! (Is that old meme still a thing?)
I'm one of those people that just get distracted by other projects. I can't focus on one thing, damn my way to be. Let's see, I'll be a little bit off topic: I'm developing Lyra's Adventure, composing songs for it, writing arguments, finding ways to enhance the game, etc. Now, plus the wish and will to create different RPGs...
- Obviously, parallel to Lyra's Adventure. One has Lyra as main character, from a game focused on young people (teenagers bronies, or the main MLP target: Little girls).
- The second one, which is barely a sequel to it (yes, I have set my ideas), will be now for mature people. Contains gore, dark humor, use of drugs and realism. I'm not saying a realistic gameplay. I'm talking about a realistic story, characters, arguments. It's pretty much saying for an MLP game, but I dreamed for it.
- The third one is not related to MLP at all. It's a Sonic the Hedgehog RPG. MANY Sonic RPGs sucks hard too, even though some look fine. I'm not asking to know me well, but I HATE Sonic. I only have my eye on that universe for Amy. I love that character, she's so cute! I'd like give her a tribute. You may guessed that this RPG will have Amy as main character. It's pretty special, because it marked the beginning of a new personal era of myself...
I have more projects and ideas, but I'd like to reveal these for now, no more. Until this far, I'm planning to do all that work by myself, at least Lyra's one. It looks great for me, but it still needs to enhance something that hits my only weakness: Graphics/Textures/Tiles.
I'm aware that I'm not ready for that yet. I don't possess knowledge of it. I'm still using RPG Maker MV's default tiles. I guess I should look for some custom tiles. Wanna hear some good news? I'm learning how to program. Someday those games will be professional!
Anyways, what's new this far?
-Extended gameplay for the new version of the demo coming out soon.
-The status has been changed. Now Lyra's party can use more spells (Raised the MP bar).
-More strategies are being implemented to defeat the enemies. Think fast!
-Canterlot is still on work.
-Added more enemies.
-Added new animations for the spells.
-Added voice lines (Rarity, Twilight, Fluttershy).
-Added more songs.
-Added more places.
-Added more dialogue faces.
-Added more items.
-Alpha: Special spells/skills for each character, using their faces in a box.
-Enhanced design of dungeons (it's not perfect yet).
-Fixed some custom tiles (mannequins, statues).
-Fixed some events not working properly.
